Manchester City are reported to have added Paris Saint-Germain’s Ibrahim Mbaye (18) to their shortlist of summer transfer targets, according to Foot Mercato.
Already linked with Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur, the Senegalese forward is also said to be attracting interest from Germany, where RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund are also believed to have expressed an interest in him.
These multiple options could well unblock the situation, as Mbaye is keen to leave the Paris-based club, which, for their part, appear open to selling their young star.
Having made 31 appearances in all competitions (three goals, two assists) in the 2025-26 season, the Trappes-born player faced stiff competition upon his return from the Africa Cup of Nations, seeing his playing time reduced after a first half of the season in which he had featured heavily.
That did not, however, stop him from making his mark at the World Cup, where he notably scored a superb goal against France, once again showcasing all his qualities.
