Atlético-GO have signed Léo Jacó, Vasco’s under-20 top scorer in 2025, on a four-year deal.
According to Globo.com, Vasco chose not to trigger the purchase option from Nova Iguaçu, who held the striker’s rights.

He scored 22 goals and supplied six assists this year, form that attracted Atlético-GO. The Goiás club have acquired 60% of his economic rights.
He will report to Atlético-GO at the start of 2026.
His youth displays earned two senior run-outs under Fernando Diniz in the Brasileirão. He played in the 2-0 loss to Juventude in the 14th round, then came on in the second half of the 6-0 win over Santos in the 20th.
