Bap calls ‘urgent’ Gávea meeting, all Flamengo staff to receive 2025 bonuses | OneFootball

Flamengo president Luiz Eduardo Baptista, Bap, convened an urgent all-staff meeting at Gávea on Tuesday, 27.

According to Coluna Do Fla, he told employees everyone would receive a bonus in recognition of the team’s 2025 results. The briefing ran from 09:00 to 09:30, Brasília time.

Filipe Luís’s side played 78 matches in 2025, recording 49 wins, 18 draws and 11 defeats, and collected six trophies.

The first silverware came with a 3-1 win over Botafogo in the Supercopa do Brasil, then they beat Fluminense to take the Campeonato Carioca.

In the run-in, Flamengo secured the eneacampeonato of the Brasileirão and the tetra of the Libertadores against Palmeiras. At the Mundial, they lifted the Dérbi das Américas and the Challenger Cup, beating Cruz Azul (MEX) and Pyramids (EGI) respectively.

Flamengo face São Paulo on Wednesday, 28, at 21:30 Brasília time at MorumBIS, in the first round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
