Barcelona eyeing loan move for Man United star | OneFootball

The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona are giving consideration to a fresh approach for Manchester United star Marcus Rashford.

That’s according to transfer insider Ben Jacobs, who has provided an insight into the situation.

The name of frontman Rashford has of course returned to the forefront of the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the last week.

As much comes, first, after widespread reports were forthcoming, confirming the 27-year-old’s ongoing push to secure a Camp Nou switch.

This was then followed in turn by Rashford admitting that he would ‘love’ to team up with Barca sensation Lamine Yamal.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the media on Wednesday is anything to go by, then interest in a joining of forces for next season appears to be mutual…

As per a report from the aforementioned Ben Jacobs:

‘Barcelona are considering a loan move for Marcus Rashford, even though their number one priority is Nico Williams. Rashford has no future at Old Trafford under Ruben Amorim, but Manchester United want £40m. Remains to seen whether they sanction a loan.’
