Barcelona star Ferran Torres on Saturday hit an altogether noteworthy benchmark on the goalscoring front.
This comes after the former Manchester City man found the net for the latest time on the international stage.
Afforded a starting berth in Spain’s World Cup qualifying fixture against Georgia, Ferran made his presence firmly felt during the first-half.
With La Roja already leading by two goals to nil, the 25-year-old slotted home from close range to put Luis de la Fuente’s troops out of sight.
And in the process, Ferran hit an important milestone in his senior career.
As per statisticians StatMuse, the versatile attacker has now scored 100 goals as a professional footballer.
Including his latest strike against Georgia, nine of Ferran’s goals have now come during the 2025/26 campaign.
This haul is made up of five in La Liga, two in the Champions League, and two in World Cup qualifiers.
