Bayern Munich were edged 5-4 by Paris Saint-Germain in a breathless Champions League semi-final first leg at the Parc des Princes.
BuLi News rated the German champions as follows.
Manuel Neuer, four out of 10, struggled to make big saves and his distribution wavered. Josip Stanisic, four, was troubled by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Dayot Upamecano, six, mixed errors with interventions and scored after the interval. Jonathan Tah received five under pressure, while Alphonso Davies, five, started well but conceded a penalty after a ricochet and was withdrawn at half-time.
Joshua Kimmich, six, was tidy and delivered excellent set pieces, including for Upamecano’s goal. Aleksandar Pavlovic, five, overcame early loose passing to set up Michael Olise for 2-2.
Michael Olise, seven-and-a-half, was a constant menace, created the move for the penalty, missed a big chance for 2-0, then lashed in the equaliser. Jamal Musiala, four, had a subdued night, failed to track João Neves for PSG’s second and rarely chose well in the final third.
Luis Díaz, nine, tormented PSG, won the penalty and later outmuscled Marquinhos to make it 5-4. Harry Kane, eight, converted from the spot and supplied an assist for Díaz after earlier sending Olise through for a missed opportunity.
Konrad Laimer, five, added energy but was caught high as Achraf Hakimi ran in behind to set up Kvaratskhelia. Leon Goretzka and Nicolas Jackson featured without enough time for ratings.
