PSG have built depth that have allowed them to be one game from winning a treble, but one player could be looking at greener pastures amid interest from Bayern Munich.

The Parisians under Luis Enrique have the depth that allowed them to win a second straight Ligue 1 title and Coupe de France with the Spanish manager. Enrique rotates to keep players fresh and enable them to compete in three competitions, winning trophies.

However, at some point, some players don’t want to be a rotation piece and believe they can contribute as a regular starter. This situation sees Bradley Barcola’s name in the rumor mill.

Bayern Munich set sights on PSG standout

On Monday, Sky Sport Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reports that Barcola is FC Bayern Munich’s top target as they look to sign a high-profile left winger.

While a deal won’t be easy to pull off, Bayern are actively exploring the possibility of signing the 22-year-old Frenchman.

If Barcola ends up being out of reach, Athletic Club’s Nico Williams is seen as the leading alternative. Max Eberl is also keeping other options on the table, including Kaoru Mitoma, Rafael Leão, and Cody Gakpo.

It will be interesting to see if Barcola pushes for a departure from the French capital or whether he wants to fight for the starting minutes in a competitive PSG squad.
