Bayern Munich star offers himself to Barcelona | OneFootball

La Liga champions Barcelona have received contact from Bayern Munich star Leon Goretzka, over a potential joining of forces for next season.

This comes with the 30-year-old inching ever closer to the Allianz Arena exit door.

Goretzka is as things stand due to depart Bayern Munich this coming summer, upon the expiration of his contract terms.

The brass in Bavaria are open to talks over a renewal, but seem unwilling to commit to a significant financial outlay.

For this reason, Goretzka is weighing up his options across the continent.

And one such option which the German international appears to be particularly keen on comes in the form of the aforementioned Barcelona.

As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:

‘He’s already sent a message to Hansi Flick letting him know he’d be delighted to play under him again.’

With Barca’s engine room already stacked with quality, however, it is viewed as unlikely that Flick and co. will take Goretzka up on his offer.
