After securing a commanding 6-1 victory in the first leg in Bergamo, Bayern Munich will look to finish the job against Atalanta at Allianz Arena in Wednesday's return leg and book their place in the Champions League quarter-finals.

The Bavarians are coming off a chaotic 1-1 draw with Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend, which saw them reduced to nine men, as both Nicolas Jackson and Luis Diaz were sent off.

The Bayern bosses have been very busy in the media afterwards complaining about the performance of the referee, but they will now need to shift their attention to Wednesday's Champions League game and finish the job in a professional manner.

Atalanta moved on from their heavy first-leg defeat with a respectable 1-1 draw with Inter at the weekend, with the side currently sitting seventh in the Serie A.

Team news and predicted lineups

Bayern Munich face a remarkable goalkeeper crisis, with all four senior shot-stoppers currently out injured.

Third-choice Sven Ulreich played in the 1-1 Bundesliga draw against Bayer Leverkusen over the weekend, filling in for Manuel Neuer (calf) and Jonas Urbig (concussion), but he suffered a muscle tear and could be sidelined for six weeks, according to Bild.

Fourth-choice 19-year-old Leon Klanac is out with a thigh injury, opening the door for 16-year-old Leonard Prescott to potentially make his Bayern debut on Wednesday.

Urbig, who suffered a concussion in the first leg, will be assessed before the game. With Bayern holding a 6-1 lead, it’s unlikely they’ll risk him unless he's fully fit, giving Prescott a real chance to make his debut.

Looking at the rest of the team, Alphonso Davies, Hiroki Ito and Wisdom Mike are injured, while Joshua Kimmich and Michael Olise both picked up yellow-card suspensions in the first leg and will miss the upcoming game at Allianz Arena. Jamal Musiala is a doubt after picking up a knock in the first leg.

As for Atalanta, Giacomo Raspadori is questionable, while Yunus Musah is suspended.
