Bellingham sparks transfer buzz with Frankfurt visit | OneFootball

While Jude Bellingham is already one of the best players in the world, his brother Jobe is on the right path to follow him to the peak of footballing glory.

Jude made a risky, but in the end rightful decision when he joined Borussia Dortmund in 2020 as a then 17-year-old: he managed to break through at the German club and is now a star player at Real Madrid.

Jobe Bellingham, now 19 years old, is on the verge of making his first experiences at top level: he could decide to stay at his current club Sunderland, who are playing Premier League football next season, or he could decide to take the next step and join a club, which is already a few steps further and even in an European competition next season.

Eintracht Frankfurt are among those clubs who want to secure Jobe's services for 2025/26 - and the English player is currently in Frankfurt to get to know the city and hold talks with the Frankfurt officials!

Many German media outlets, including Sky Germany, have called this visit a first chance to “get to know each other” - Bellingham is not going to sign any contract or have his medical just yet.

Interestingly enough, Borussia Dortmund are also very keen on signing Jobe, while RB Leipzig are among the clubs who are keeping tabs on the younger Bellingham brother.

It seems a safe bet that Jobe Bellingham will either play for Sunderland or a German club next season - a decision is to be expected in the coming weeks.
