Leeds are heading for their second season back in the Premier League. Bookmakers have offered fresh backing in an early predicted final 2026-27 table, with a particularly big call on Leeds and Sunderland.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Arsenal are 6-4 favourites to finish top, with Manchester City 7-2 second favourites.

Liverpool are 6-1, Manchester United 13-2, Chelsea 11-1 and Aston Villa 28-1 in the early picture.

Both Leeds and Sunderland survived their first campaign back in the top flight, while Burnley went down with Wolves and, ultimately, West Ham.

Daniel Farke’s side ended 14th, eight points clear of the drop. Sunderland finished seventh and qualified for next season’s Europa League.

The 2026-27 season will also feature promoted trio Coventry City, Ipswich Town and Hull City, the champions, runners-up and play-off winners respectively.
