Antoine Semenyo hit a stunning winner with what may prove to be one of his last touches of a ball for Bournemouth as they beat Tottenham 3-2 on Wednesday night. Both sides came into the match desperate for a win, with Bournemouth on a particularly ignominious run of no wins in eleven. But they are finally back to winning ways. Spurs took an early lead through Mathys Tel, but trailed at the break after Evanilson and Junior Kroupi both found the back of the net.

Palhinha’s second-half bicycle kick tied it up, but Semenyo’s long-range strike confounded Guglielmo Vicario in the dying moments. His strike sent the Vitality into rapture - Semenyo’s transfer to Man City has long since been mooted and may be completed in the coming days, but he could not have offered a more emphatic farewell.
