Tickets for home fans are fully digital and accessible on any smartphone.
To help you get into the ground smoothly, we advise all fans to:
Download your ticket onto your phone before you arrive, so it’s ready at the turnstile without the need for internet connection
Arrive early to avoid queues and get discounts on food and drink (see deals below).
For any questions on the day, the box office opens at 10am. For guidance and FAQs on how to download your digital ticket, use the resources on our website.
For those planning to use South Western Railway, major engineering works will take place with all trains terminating at Clapham Junction and no service between Waterloo and Clapham Junction. There will be reduced trains running to accommodate terminations.
Please check the South Western Railway and National Rail websites to help plan your journey and leave early to allow in good time.
There will be a standard Saturday service on all London Underground lines.
The London Overground has no service on the Mildmay line between Camden Road and Richmond which means Gunnersbury station is not accessible via this route.
You can use the TfL journey planner or Citymapper to plan your journey to and from the match.
We advise you to take public transport to the match where possible. You can pre-book parking through our website for secure parking on matchday. No reserved parking is available to supporters unless a space has been pre-booked.
Use our permanent bike racks outside Gtech Community Stadium to park your bike on matchday, located next to the staircase on Lionel Road South, outside the west stand.
Cycle parking is on a first come, first served basis and you must bring your own bike lock.

The Gtech now has free wi-fi for all fans. Get connected on your phone at half-time to play our penalty kick game, presented by Joma. Score goals for your team and if you’re our top scorer, you’ll win a £1,000 cash prize, with extra prizes for the runner ups.
Scan the QR code on the big screens at half-time and follow the instructions to play. Cash prize for over-18s only. After the match, The Dugout bar in the south stand will be open for Bees fans to enjoy until 8pm (bar closes at 7.30pm).
