Head coach Keith Andrews has provided a squad update ahead of Brentford’s final home game of the season against Crystal Palace on Sunday (3pm kick-off BST, live on Sky Sports).

The eighth-placed Bees are chasing their highest Premier League finish and European qualification, while Oliver Glasner's side sit 15th and have a Europa Conference League final to look forward to later this month.

“It’s very similar to what we had last weekend,” said Andrews. “Some players got some minutes: Jordan [Henderson], Vitaly [Janelt], Aaron Hickey.

"We’re confident we can play well in these last two games. We’ve got more options to come off the bench and impact it, but we’ll have to play really well to get the points needed.”

Full-back Rico Henry hasn’t appeared since March due to a hamstring injury.

“He’s still training to a point,” Andrews revealed.

“Coming back, naturally, you’re in and out of sessions to get back up to the level. I don’t think Rico will be involved this week or next.”

Fábio Carvalho and Antoni Milambo remain sidelined due to ACL injuries.

Asked about Brentford’s European ambitions, Andrews said: “We’ve got six points maximum to play for. We have to be pretty honest – we’re obviously going for it.

“The message doesn’t change for the game against Crystal Palace: we have to play well to win the game.

“But we want it. We are and we have been striving towards it.”
