Bruno Henrique to miss Flamengo’s clash with Botafogo through pubalgia

Bruno Henrique remains sidelined with pubalgia and will miss Flamengo’s clássico against Botafogo on Saturday.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the forward has not yet recovered from pubalgia, which ruled him out of recent fixtures including the Campeonato Carioca final against Fluminense. As a result, Leonardo Jardim will not include the No 27 for the sixth round of the Brasileirão.

He has not featured since the second leg of the Recopa Sul-Americana against Lanús on 26 February. He has yet to play for Flamengo since Jardim took charge.

The clássico takes place at Estádio Nilton Santos at 20:30 Brasília time on Saturday 14. Amazon Prime Video will stream the match.

Flamengo climbed the league table with their win over Cruzeiro at the Maracanã. They are fourth with seven points.
