Bukayo Saka kept up a curious habit, scoring soon after agreeing a new five-year Arsenal contract. ExpressAndStar.com notes the odd pattern linking his renewals to goals against Wolves.
No sooner had confirmation arrived than the England international opened the scoring at Molineux, finishing from Declan Rice after five minutes as Wolves endured a nightmare start.

Back in 2020 he signed a deal, and in the very next game he scored against Wolves in a 2-0 win at Molineux.
In 2023 he penned fresh terms, and again his next outing brought a goal against Wolves.
It may be some time before another renewal, but Wolves will hope the fixture list is kinder when that moment comes.
