The match officials for Leeds United’s Sky Bet Championship clash with Burnley on Monday have been announced, with Josh Smith set to take charge at Turf Moor.
Smith’s refereeing journey began aged just 14 on the Peterborough and District Junior Alliance League and he has since gone on to see the official take charge of 100 fixtures in the Sky Bet Championship and eight encounters in the Premier League.
In seven outings when Smith has been in the middle, the Whites have won four times, drawn twice and lost just once.
The most recent game officiated by Smith came in Wales as Daniel Farke's side beat Cardiff City 2-0 away from home, earlier in the campaign.
Burnley, meanwhile, have struggled for form in their three matches Smith has taken charge of, losing twice and drawing once.
That stalemate came most recently, with the Clarets holding Middlesbrough to a goalless draw at the Riverside in December.
