CAF has officially announced the final three nominee for the 2025 African Footballer of the Year, with Mohamed Salah, Achraf Hakimi and Victor Osimhen set to compete for the award at the gala in Rabat, Morocco on 19 November 2025.

The judging period covers performances between 6 January & 15 October 2025 — a window in which all three contender delivered standout campaigns for club and country.
