Dominic Calvert-Lewin is proving a superb free summer signing for Leeds United. After one goal in his first 10 Premier League games, he now has six in five.

He has scored a prod at Manchester City, a tap-in against Chelsea and a penalty versus Liverpool. He became the first Leeds player since 2003 to net in five straight Premier League matches with a 38th-minute opener. Leeds Live looks back at those who did it before.

At Crystal Palace he poached a rebound, then powered in a second with a customary header after holding off Adam Wharton.

Mark Viduka was the last, achieving it across 2003. He hit Fulham twice in April, then scored against Blackburn, Arsenal and Aston Villa, before an opening-day strike against Newcastle United in August made five. He finished 2003/04 with 11 goals as Leeds were relegated.

Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink did it between November and December 1998. He sparked a 2-1 comeback against Sheffield Wednesday, then struck twice late in a 3-1 win at Liverpool. He opened the scoring in a 4-1 defeat of Charlton and a 3-2 loss at Manchester United, before a 4-0 home win over West Ham.

Rod Wallace was the first to do so in 1993. He scored in a 1-1 draw at Everton and a 3-0 win over Swindon, then opened the scoring in a 3-2 home win against Manchester City and hit the only goal in a 1-0 victory at West Ham. Number five came in a 2-1 defeat at Norwich City.
