FULL TIME: CHELSEA CLIMB UP TO SECOND
Stamford Bridge will sing a different tune tonight as Chelsea smash three second-half goals en route to climbing up to second behind London rivals Arsenal.
Goals from Malo Gusto, João Pedro, and Pedro Neto seal all the points on the night.
Four minutes of added time away from Chelsea securing all the points whilst climbing up to second in the Premier League.
AND THEY WON'T, SURELY!
Chelsea bag a third after Garnacho races into space before sliding a ball across the face of the goal for Pedro Neto to finish comfortably against his former club.
That's all three points in the bag for Maresca's Blues!
A double change for Wolves, who have 20 minutes remaining to get back in the thick of it
2-0 TO THE BLUES!
João Pedro sweeps home a well-hit effort from inside the box to double Chelsea's lead on the night, with Estevão involved after his introduction off the bench.
Immediate impact from the young Brazilian.
GOAL!
Chelsea finally find the goal they have been looking for thanks to full-back Malo Gusto, who heads home from close range after getting on the end of Alejandro Garnacho's ball to the back post.
That's his first senior goal for the Blues!
SECOND HALF UNDERWAY
Chelsea contine their push for three points at home as the Blues earn an early corner just after the restart
HALF TIME: LEVEL AT THE BRIDGE
Despite a handful of half-chances by Chelsea, Wolves hang on at the halfway point and edge closer to a critical away point as the Blues fail to find their way onto the scoresheet before the break.
João Pedro is free and clear at the top of the box, but the summer signing can only drag his low drive wide of the post when he should have really been testing the keeper.
Four minutes of added time before the half-time interval.
Corner for Wolves, but Robert Sánchez collects easily to spring Chelsea on the break, though the visitors get back in their shape well to defend.
It comes to nothing, but Wolves are living dangerously as the Blues continue to pile on the pressure with another corner.
That's also cleared out of Wolves' box as Chelsea build for another attack.
CHANCE FOR CHELSEA
Fernandez hits it on the volley, but his effort bounces up off the turf for Johnstone to easily parry up and over the bar. The Blues have a corner, though...
JUST WIDE!
Marc Cucurella unleashes a rasping half-volley that bounces off the playing surface and deflects off Enzo Fernandez, but can only glide wide of Sam Johnstone at the near post.
Chelsea are on the front foot early (as expected), with Alejandro Garnacho coming up on the end of the first clear-cut chance for the Blues less than five minutes into the action.

An end-to-end second half comes to an end, and Brobbey's injury-time equaliser helps Sunderland to hold league leaders Arsenal.

Arsenal get the ball into the box and Calafiori prods towards Merino and his shot is blocked off the line.
There's a quick VAR check for a foul in the build-up but the goal stands and the Stadium of Light goes wild.
GOAL SUNDERLAND
Brobbey gets a deft touch on a deep Sunderland cross and provides a late leveller for the Black Cats!
Seven minutes of injury time to go...
Declan Rice has an audacious attempt to find the net from the halfway line. His effort eventually bounces wide.
CHANCE SUNDERLAND
The ball bounces off Reinildo Mandava and Brain Brobbey shoots towards goal, but David Raya reacts quickly and saves.
Just 10 minutes remaining. Will there be any more late drama?
That was a fine strike from Trossard. Roefs had no chance.
GOAL ARSENAL!
The Gunners have completed the turnaround and Leandro Trossard finds the top corner with a wonderful finish from the edge of the area.
OFF THE BAR
Zubimendi reacts to Roefs initial save and thumps a powerful strike off the crossbar. Arsenal really pushing for a second here.
Saka has hit decent form recently..
Arsenal get forward again and carve through Sunderland's back line but Zubimendi can't apply the finishing touch and pokes wide.
GOAL ARSENAL!!
Arsenal have been a lot brighter in the second half and Saka gets the leveller, breaking into the Sunderland area and slamming past Roefs at the near post.
Chelsea and Wolves have confirmed their starting XIs for the final Premier League game this evening.
Martin Zubemendi runs at the Sunderland defence and works Roefs with a tame shot.
Sunderland continue to look dangerous and Isidor gets into a dangerous position but can't quite get the ball under control and Arsenal clear for a corner.
SECOND HALF
Back to it at the Stadium of Light for a big 45 minutes.
HALF TIME: Sunderland 1-0 Arsenal
Dan Ballard's thumping finish gives Sunderland the lead as Arsenal's run of clean sheets comes to an end.
Perhaps the most unlikely scorer from that list...
BIG CHANCE ARSENAL
Saka wins a header and nods down for William Saliba. The defender doesn't position himself correctly and he fires well over the bar from point-blank range.
Granit Xhaka gets a booking against his former club for having a wrestle with Eze.
Nine minutes of injury time coming up...
The rock-solid Arsenal defence finally concedes. Can the Gunners respond?
Arsenal had survived 5.74(xG) worth of shots since they last conceded. Dan Ballard ended the streak.–
It was a wonderful finish from the Sunderland defender.

Arsenal concede for the first time since September and Dan Ballard unleashes an unstoppable finish high past David Raya.
The ball sits up nicely to Bukayo Saka and the winger connect well with a powerful volley. Roefs is well placed to save, though.
Noah Sadiki goes on a promising run and crosses into the box, but can't pick out a teammate in red and white.

Wilson Isidor weaves his way into the box and drags his shot across the face of goal.
CHANCE ARSENAL
Best chance of the game so far as Enzo Le Fee gives the ball away to Eberechi Eze, who drives forward and curls just over the bar.
Arsenal take a short corner and work the ball to Rice, who mis-times his effort and Sunderland clear their lines.

Declan Rice sends a dangerous free-kick over the wall and towards the bottom corner. Robin Roefs reacts and pushes the ball to safety.
Merino is back on his feet and looks ok to continue.
There's a delay as Mikel Merino goes down with a head injury after clashing with Sunderland defender Dan Ballard.
Sunderland try to take the game to Arsenal as Wilson Isidor's pass almost finds Bertrand Traore. Riccardo Calafiori is alert to intercept and the attack breaks down.
Nordi Mukiele launches in a couple of early long throws but Arsenal comfortably deal with any potential danger.

FULL TIME: Everton 2-0 Fulham
Goals from Idrissa Gueye and Michael Keane either side of half time give Everton a deserved victory over Fulham.
FULL TIME: West Ham 3-2 Burnley
West Ham net two goals in the final 15 minutes to secure back-to-back wins for the first time since February. Burnley led through Flemming's early header, but the Clarets couldn't prevent the Hammers' comeback.
GOAL BURNLEY
A very late Burnley goal will surely be just a consolation. Former West Ham man Josh Cullen taps in from close range.
A deft glancing Keane header gives Everton a vital second against Fulham.

Kyle Walker-Peters tucks in his first West Ham goal, reacting to another spilled Dubravka save and firing into the net.

Michael Keane grabs a late second to give Everton breathing space as the defender applies the finishing touch to Dewsbury-Hall's corner.

Bowen controls just outside the area and flashes an early shot that Martin Dubravka saves comfortably.
West Ham break forward with plenty of intent and Summerville works half a yard inside the area. His shot ends up in the side-netting and the chance goes begging.

Burnley work the ball out wide and a high cross finds Lesley Ugochukwu, who headers straight at Areola.
CHANCE FULHAM
Substitute Rodrigo Muniz gets on the ball quickly and fizzes a shot straight at Pickford.

The first opening of the second half falls to Flemming, who heads just over the bar.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall thumps in a second for Everton. For the third time this afternoon, though, the hosts have a goal chalked off for offside.
SECOND HALF
Both games resume after the break.

Everton had the better chances during the first half.

Everton had two goals ruled out, but Gueye's late first-half strike hands the Toffees an advantage.
HALF TIME: West Ham 1-1 Burnley
After a cagey opening, the game came to life in the final 10 minutes. Flemming's powerful header put the Clarets ahead before Wilson replied for the Hammers.

James Garner's powerful 30-yard free-kick is tipped behind by a flying Leno.

A breathtaking end to what was otherwise a quiet game! United had the lead but Tottenham clawed their way back to lead in stoppage time.
But United refused to be beaten and De Ligt's last gasp header means the points are shared.

Benjamin Šeško is clean through and looks certain to make it 2-1 to the visitors. Micky van de Ven makes a perfectly-timed and crucial tackle to snatch it off the striker.
