Chelsea looks to reward Moisés Caicedo
Chelsea is reportedly set to make adjustments to Moisés Caicedo’s contract, according to Sky Sports. The club aims to acknowledge the Ecuadorian midfielder’s impressive development, as he has established himself as a key player since his 2023 arrival from Brighton.
Caicedo’s current contract runs until 2031, with an additional one-year option. The planned revision is expected to focus primarily on his salary, leaving the contract length unchanged. The move could remain under the radar, with no official announcement.
At 24, Caicedo has tallied 7 goals and 11 assists in 114 appearances across all competitions for Chelsea. He has also recently attracted interest from Real Madrid, but the English club appears determined to secure his future.
