Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo apparently still believes in the Chelsea project when many others around him will not.

Caicedo wants to become a Chelsea legend and feels a really close connection with the Blues fans. And those very fans will be extremely pleased to hear that from a player that most of them will consider to be the best in this Chelsea squad right now.

However, I get the feeling that some of the Chelsea players around him may not believe in the project quite so much right now. And I know for a fact that the majority of the Chelsea fans do not believe in the project.

Transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano has said on Moises Caicedo this week:

“Moisés Caicedo really has this desire to be part of the Chelsea project. Really feels the love of Chelsea fans and Chelsea people. So there is a very good connection between Caicedo and Chelsea.

“Caicedo believes in the Chelsea project. Don’t forget that he had the possibility to go to Liverpool when he joined Chelsea a few years ago, and now he still feels that there is more to win and more to do at Chelsea. So he wants to become a Chelsea legend.”

In other news…

An article from Matt Law of The Telegraph yesterday explains just why Chelsea are backing Liam Rosenior to succeed despite his early struggles – it’s clear that he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

As well as that, there’s been more confirmation that Chelsea tried to sign a young defender back in the January transfer window.
