Chelsea club captain Reece James has been rated the highest in his position in the Premier League this season so far.

James, who is sometimes also used as a centre midfielder at the club, has been rated as the highest scoring right back in the Premier League so far this season for a stats-based website this week.

We all know how important James is for Chelsea, and it’s been really refreshing to have him fit and available for a sustained period, something that has been rare throughout his short football career so far.

He is of course out injured again at the moment, and Blues fans will be telling you about how much he is missed. He will be back soon hopefully and is fighting to make the England World Cup squad for this summer as well.

James tops the stats board

As you can see in the image above on Sofascore, Reece James is the highest rated right-back in the Premier League this season.

James will need to get back on the pitch soon and help Chelsea in their vital run in as they chase Champions League football for next season.
