"Yes, they [Palmer and Estevao] are both fit to play 90 minutes," Rosenior told reporters.

"We don’t know yet [on James and Neto]. We had training today, which was a recovery day for the lads who played in a really tough, physical game on Tuesday.

"We will check them tomorrow and make a decision then.

"Jamie is looking a little bit more long-term. It's a real shame for him; he's got a tear in his hamstring.

"That’s a real shame for him as, obviously, I’ve not worked with him for too long, but I know about his career and what an outstanding player he is.

“So that’s going to be a big miss for us."

Neto has since been pictured in Chelsea training ahead of the Wolves game, though there was no sign of James from the fresh batch of images.

The Chelsea team to face Wolves will be announced at 1.45pm GMT, ahead of kick-off at 3pm.

Victory for the Blues will see them move four points clear of Liverpool in the Premier League table, as the battle for Champions League qualification heats up.

However, that may only be for roughly around 24 hours or so with Arne Slot's side in action at home to Manchester City on Sunday.

Chelsea have already beaten Wolves at Molineux this season, winning 4-3 in an entertaining Carabao Cup tie back in October and scored six there in the corresponding fixture last term.
