Chelsea’s Tyrique George offered to Napoli and Roma | OneFootball

Napoli and Roma have both been offered the opportunity to sign Chelsea starlet Tyrique George as the January transfer window enters its final stages.

According to Alfredo Pedullà, the 19-year-old winger was proposed to Napoli following their Champions League defeat to the Blues on Wednesday night. The Partenopei are currently evaluating the profile as they look for reinforcements in the final hours of the market.

Roma are also in the running, having already attempted to secure the English talent during the summer transfer window. While a deal failed to materialize at that time, the Giallorossi remain interested and are conducting their own internal evaluations. Fulham came close to landing the talent very late in the summer but the deal had suddenly fallen through.

At present, both Italian clubs are considering the feasibility of the operation, though it remains to be seen if these initial inquiries will develop into a formal bid before the deadline.
