The Liguilla begins for Guadalajara! This Saturday, the Rebaño will play the Quarterfinals First Leg of the CL26 against Tigres, in a match where they will aim to show their best version and back up the outstanding work displayed throughout the tournament.
Chivas already has history against this opponent in the Quarterfinals, a stage in which they have managed to prevail and advance to the Semifinals. As a preview of this weekend’s clash, here’s a look at the history between Guadalajara and the Tigres side in this round.

- Rojiblancos and auriazules have faced each other twice in the Quarterfinals, with a favorable record for Guadalajara, who advanced in both series.- The most recent meeting came in CL11. In the First Leg, the Rebaño earned a 3-1 win at Estadio AKRON with goals from Omar Arellano, Marco de Luna, and Marco Fabián. In the Second Leg, Chivas secured a 1-1 draw thanks to a goal from Héctor Reynoso, a result that sent them through to the Semifinals with a 4-2 aggregate score.
