RESPONSES FROM THE GROUP "Every player must take responsibility, I am the leader but everyone is accountable. I have found acceptable of everything that we've worked on, of the organisational changes: this makes me happy. I have found the locker-room to be very positive. For me, everyone starts at the same level, assessed daily after each training session and also depending on the strategy for each game. It's a great group, they accept what we say even though the rules are different. Humility is key for me.The response has been fantastic, but that's in the past and we have to improve".

THE FOUNDATIONS TO WIN "The hardest thing isn't reaching the top, but staying there. I watched Real Madrid v AC Milan and Cagliari v AC Milan and spoke about those games with the team. You might not play well every time, but a strong foundation is essential: if you play the right game, you win because you have a quality team."

STARTING AGAIN AFTER THE DERBY "We made some errors in our pressing against Inter, there are some things that we need to improve on: without a doubt. The way to experience success, in my opinion, is to think that we have one ahead of us, much more important than the one we've had. I enjoyed it, I danced, but on the plane I was thinking about how to keep the guys calm: the most important match is against Cagliari".
