Corinthians won their opening match in the Copinha, in a tough encounter against Trindade-GO. As usual, the club released behind-the-scenes footage of the duel, featuring statements from captain Luiz Gustavo Bahia, a pep talk by William Batista, and celebrations by Favela, the scorer of the winning goal.

“I really want to leave here as a champion, but we can't think about being champions more than living in the moment. This is the first time I'm going to be a champion here.
