Corentin Tolisso, Lyon captain in Prague, missed a penalty as Sparta Prague seized the first-leg lead in the Champions League third qualifying round on Tuesday.
Sparta had drawn level shortly after the hour through Matej Rynes in the 63rd minute, according to L'Équipe.

After neat work by Loïs Openda in the box, Lyon earned a penalty, but Tolisso skied his effort over Jakub Surovcik's goal in the 66th minute.
Minutes later, Rynes supplied John Mercado, who beat Dominik Greif to put Sparta ahead in the 69th minute.
Lyon were left with major regrets after spurning a golden chance in this opening leg.
