Corinthians confirm line-up for Gotham FC semi-final at Women’s Club World Cup | OneFootball

Corinthians have named their side for their Copa das Campeãs opener, FIFA’s Women’s Club World Cup, against Gotham FC at the Gtech Community Stadium in London, with kick-off at 9.30am Brasília time.

According to Meu Timao, head coach Lucas Piccinato is without centre-backs Thaís Regina and Agustina, both in the medical department and not travelling. Dayana Rodríguez, Paola García and Gisela Robledo arrived on the eve of the match, so they start on the bench.

Piccinato has gone with experience, starting: Lelê, Gi Fernandes, Thais Ferreira, Letícia Teles, Tamires, Ana Vitória, Duda Sampaio, Andressa Alves, Jaqueline, Belén Aquino and Gabi Zanotti.

Gotham, led by Spanish coach Juan Carlos Amoros, line up with: Ann-Katrin Berger, Jeadyn Shaw, Bruninha, Lily Reale, Emily Sonnett, Jealin Howell, Savannah Mccaskill, Rose Lavaelle, Gabi Portilho, Midge Purce and Jess Carter.

The winners advance to Sunday’s final on 1 February at the Emirates Stadium, with the third-place play-off on the same day. Arsenal and AS FAR contest the other semi-final for the remaining spot.
