Corinthians have opened negotiations with Al-Hilal for 21-year-old forward Kaio César as they seek a wide attacker.
ESPN reports that Corinthians have renewed their push.
Kaio César is under contract with the Saudi club until mid-2028, and Corinthians prefer a deal with no fee, with a loan among the options discussed.
The club tried to sign him last year, but talks did not progress due to a transfer ban and a lack of agreement with Al-Hilal.
He has started only six matches in the current season, which began in August last year, and wants more minutes. In this context, a return to Brazil is viewed positively.
A Coritiba academy product, he had a spell at Vitória de Guimarães in Portugal before joining Al-Hilal.
He scored on his Al-Hilal debut, opening the scoring in a rout of Al-Akhdoud.
So far Corinthians have three signings agreed for 2026, centre-back Gabriel Paulista, midfielder Matheus Pereira and right-back Pedro Milans.
