Corinthians unveiled their 2026 futsal squad at Neo Química Arena, introducing two new faces and the 2025/26 strip. The presentation was staged for media during pre-season.

According to Meu Timao, pre-season began in early February with medical and fitness work at Ginásio Wlamir Marques, and the delegation toured the stadium’s Museum of the People.

The recruits are left-footed winger Kevin William, 23, from Ferroviária Pinda, and pivot Fabinho, 37, from Praia Clube, who hit 25 goals in 40 games in 2025. Fabinho said joining Corinthians fulfils a family dream, he expects the club to fight for trophies, and he sees himself as a reference pivot who can contribute with goals and defensive work.

Head coach Fernando Malafaia remains, with a significant reshaping for 2026 amid cost cuts and club debt near R$ 3 billion. Promotions from the academy include wingers Fellype Bancatelli, Igor Bredof and Lucas Morales, plus pivot Nícolas Alves, alongside 11 renewals.

Seven senior players have departed, including Deives, who has retired, with Marlon, Edimar, Igor Carioca, Luisinho, Luiz Brizzi and Israel Neto also leaving. Academy players Hélio, Iván Monteros, Mineiro, Axel Muñoz, Andrey and Yann moved on.

The 2026 schedule includes the Super Copa Gramado, Campeonato Paulista, the LNF and the Copa LNF, with a possible Libertadores place as host representatives if the club’s bid to stage it at Ginásio Wlamir Marques is approved. The opener is on 5 March at 16:00 against Carlos Barbosa at Ginásio Perinão in Rio Grande do Sul.
