Corinthians have stepped up midfielder Matheus Pereira's recovery as boardroom tensions saw a statute vote halted, while loanee Ryan celebrated a state title with Fortaleza.

According to Meu Timao, the club confirmed the 28-year-old has begun the physical transition phase after a grade 2 injury to his left hamstring.

The draft reform of the club's Statute is not expected to return to the Deliberative Council. Council president Romeu Tuma Júnior ended the session early after club president Osmar Stabile accused him of interfering in the board's management.

The vote has now been sent to the members' General Assembly.

Midfielder Ryan, on loan from Corinthians and an academy graduate, won the Campeonato Cearense with Fortaleza. He did not feature in the final, which Fortaleza won on penalties against Ceará at the Castelão.
