Corinthians women resumed training at CT Joaquim Grava on Tuesday, the first session since a 3-2 defeat to Palmeiras last Friday. According to Meu Timao, that derby also marked head coach Emily Lima's debut with the Brabas.

The morning programme began with physical work, followed by a small-sided exercise centred on the team's attacking transitions.

The squad are preparing to return to the Neo Química Arena next Monday, their second outing at the venue this season.

Corinthians are seeking an upturn in the Brasileirão Feminino. The reigning champions sit ninth, the first spot outside the qualification places, with one win in three, against Atlético Mineiro at Arena MRV.

Since then, they drew with Fluminense at the Neo Química Arena and were beaten in a comeback by Palmeiras. Next up, they host América Mineiro at 21:00 at the Casa do Povo in the national league.
