Corinthians Women’s striker announces departure after contract talks stall

This Sunday (28), forward Eudimilla announced her departure from Corinthians Women. The player has a contract until December 31 and there was no agreement for a renewal. She leaves Parque São Jorge after two seasons and has not yet revealed her next career move.

“Thank you Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. Defending this jersey was an honor. I thank the club, my teammates, the Fiel Torcida, for every encouragement, every support, and for making this club so unique. I leave with a grateful heart and full of respect for this history,” the player stated along with her farewell video – see below.

Eudimilla joined Timão after being a major standout at Ferroviária, Corinthians’ main rival in women’s football. Born in 2001, she arrived with the status of a major signing, despite her young age. However, she did not deliver on the field and had few moments as a starter.

She leaves the club with four titles: 2025 Women’s Brasileirão, 2024 Women’s Supercup, 2024 Women’s Brasileirão, and 2024 Women’s Libertadores. She played a total of 66 matches, with 52 wins, ten draws, and only four losses. Of these, she started just 24 as a starter.
