Crystal Palace are among the clubs interested in bringing Jobe Bellingham back to England.

According to Bild, Palace are monitoring Bellingham’s situation at Borussia Dortmund and could swoop to sign him if the opportunity presents itself.

He has struggled to play his way into the first team following his summer transfer and is reportedly unhappy with the situation.

The move to BVB initially looked like a brilliant one for all parties.

Bellingham’s elder brother developed at the club, and the younger sibling was expected to follow suit, but it has not been smooth sailing for him.

The Eagles are now waiting for any opportunities to pounce, although they will face competition from Manchester United.

Man United manager Ruben Amorim is a fan of his robustness and physicality.

Palace’s growing interest in the 20-year-old Bellingham could also be viewed as a possible contingency plan.

They are aware that Adam Wharton’s rapid rise has not gone unnoticed. Several European giants are reportedly circling ahead of the 2026 transfer windows.

The young midfielder has become integral to Palace’s structure, dictating play with composure beyond his years.

Losing him would be a significant blow, but the Eagles’ hierarchy is pragmatic enough to prepare for that scenario.

Bellingham, with his dynamic energy and box-to-box instincts, fits the mould of a player who could step into Wharton’s shoes if a major offer arrives.

Palace will hope to keep their prized asset, but their pursuit of Bellingham signals a club thinking ahead.
