Daniel Farke offered encouraging fitness news after Leeds United’s 3-0 win over Wolves, with Joe Rodon returning from the bench and cautious optimism that Anton Stach and Dan James could follow.
Stach and Rodon suffered ankle injuries in the FA Cup quarter-final at West Ham, while James sustained an adductor strain in the session before that tie. It had been thought May might be a more realistic timeframe for Stach and Rodon to return.
Asked about James Justin stretching off late on, Farke said: "Yes I think just some cramps anyhow." "He has to play every position at the moment and each and every second." He told BBC Radio Leeds.
"I was delighted to have Joe Rodon a bit earlier back than expected. He trained yesterday with us and had a good run and he is a warrior anyhow."
"I got the feeling, come on, put him back on the team sheet and he helped us in the final minutes. It's good to have him back. I hope also Anton and Daniel James will be pretty soon also available really for the games so as it stands everyone came through without injuries."
