Paris Saint-Germain’s Désiré Doué, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Ousmane Dembélé and Bradley Barcola paraded the club’s Champions League trophies on Court Philippe-Chatrier on Monday, two days after beating Arsenal 1-1, 4-3 on penalties to retain the title.
The presentation followed Diane Parry’s 6-3, 6-2 defeat to Poland’s Maja Chwalinska at Roland-Garros. According to L'Équipe, Doué and Zaïre-Emery first carried the 2025 trophy as PSG scarves were raised in the stands.
Doué said they were proud and grateful, describing the squad as a family and crediting president Nasser al-Khelaïfi, team-mates and staff for daily work that delivered the cup, adding that seeing the decisive ball fly brought total euphoria.
Zaïre-Emery reflected on three years of work with coach Luis Enrique and said bringing a second star to Paris felt incredible, calling the first triumph historic and the second legendary.
Dembélé and Barcola then arrived with the 2026 trophy. The latest Ballon d’Or said Roland-Garros brings him luck and called the moment exceptional, hailing the everyday effort behind it.
Italian quarter-finalist Flavio Cobolli joined the quartet to offer congratulations before Zaïre-Emery led the PSG chant, taken up by many in the crowd.
