Thomas Keller is temporarily leaving 1.FC Heidenheim to join Dynamo Dresden until the end of the current 2025/26 season.
“Kelle approached us with the desire to make this loan a reality. We are convinced that this step is the right one for him in his current situation,” said FCH chairman Holger Sanwald.
The 26-year-old defender's contract with Heidenheim runs until June 30, 2028. Dresden are unlikely to sign Keller permanently given they are 18th in the 2.Bundesliga standings.
Ibrahima Cissé, whose contract would have expired this summer, is leaving FC Schalke 04 early and will play for FC Aarau in Switzerland.
The Challenge League side has been one of Schalke's partner clubs since the summer of 2024, and both clubs have agreed to keep the details of the transfer confidential.
The Malian defender joined Schalke from KAA Gent in 2022. He played eight games in the second division, one in the DFB Cup, and 24 appearances in the Regionalliga for Schalke 04.
Holstein Kiel has official signed Umut Tohumcu from TSG Hoffenheim on loan until the end of the current 2025-26 campaign.
It must be mentioned that purchase option has been agreed between the clubs for the 21-year-old who struggled for game time in Sinsheim.
Sky Germany confirmed Kiel's interest in the versatile midfielder yesterday (1 January) and both clubs have since confirmed the transfer this afternoon.
Semir Telalovic is changing clubs within the second division, with DSC Arminia Bielefeld taking signed the 26-year-old striker on loan from 1.FC Nürnberg until the end of the season.
Furthermore, last campaign's DFB-Pokal finalist has also secured an option to buy the Ehingen native for a reported €850,000 next summer.
"Semir Telalovic is a player who fits our requirements perfectly and possesses attacking qualities from which we have high hopes.
"He is dynamic, determined, and versatile. He has already demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess in the 2. Bundesliga,” said sporting director Michael Mutzel.
