Roma star Paulo Dybala was asked about his future as he is set to remain out for the rest of the season.

In an interview with Argentine journalist Gastón Edul, Dybala said, “The injury? Now I’m calmer, at the beginning it was hard, especially when I realized that I would be off the pitch for a long time, thus missing many important games with Roma and the national team.”

On his move to Roma in 2022, Dybala remarked, “It’s not easy to come from Juventus and enter so easily into the hearts of Roma fans, it surprised me a lot. I experience it every day, the fans are incredible, very similar to Argentina. They also give affection to Oriana when she walks around the city.”

“A return to Argentina? Yes, I have never played in the top Argentine league and so it is an option that I have in mind. I do not know if it will happen.”

“Paredes puts pressure on me every day to go to Boca with him, so yes, I am thinking about returning to Argentina. I am keeping the door open for a return to Argentina, I would be enchanted, but at the moment I do not know.”

“Soule’s goal in the derby? An incredible goal, during the warm-up I saw that he always shot at the first post and so I advised him to try the far post too. It’s not my merit, obviously, it’s his merit and he could have scored another one, he missed it. He played a great match. It’s not easy to adapt to a club like Roma, he has a lot of quality.”

“Ranieri? I always say that he’s more of a psychologist than just a coach.”
