Endrick has played only three times for Real Madrid this season, 99 minutes in total, yet the 19-year-old has delivered in big moments. According to L'Équipe, he will join Lyon on loan from 1 January to bolster Paulo Fonseca’s attack amid fierce competition, including Kylian Mbappé.

On 2 November 2023, Palmeiras were 3-0 down at Botafogo before Endrick hit two after the break, a solo run then a left-foot strike, as a 4-3 turnaround revived their defence. On 7 December, he forced the opener at Cruzeiro and a 1-1 draw sealed the title.

On 23 March 2024 at Wembley, he came on after 71 minutes and followed in after Vinicius was denied to give Brazil a 1-0 friendly win over England, his first senior international goal.

Four weeks later in the Copa Libertadores at Independiente del Valle, Palmeiras trailed 2-0 inside 38 minutes. Endrick headed in a Rony cross before half-time, was withdrawn after the break, and his team rallied to win 3-2.

On 9 June in Texas, Brazil beat Mexico 3-2 in front of 85,000, Endrick rising to head in a Vinicius cross in the 96th minute at Kyle Field, then celebrating by lifting his shirt.

On 26 February 2025, he started the Copa del Rey semi-final first leg against Real Sociedad and scored the only goal from a Jude Bellingham pass. Madrid progressed after extra time in the return, Endrick again starting and netting their first.
