Triple fitness boost but four players are at risk of suspension
England have been handed a triple boost ahead of their World Cup quarter-final against Norway, but a number of players are walking a suspension tightrope.
The Three Lions meet the Norwegians tonight in Miami as they bid to reach the semi-finals.
In previous years, if a player received two yellow cards across any of the matches before the semi-final, they received an automatic one-game suspension.
However, under FIFA's new regulations due to the expanded World Cup format that includes an extra round of games, yellow cards are wiped twice throughout the tournament. The first was after the group stage and the next will be after the quarter-finals.
Jude Bellingham, Declan Rice, Marc Guehi and Nico O’Reilly would all be suspended for the semi-final if they picked up a booking against Norway and England made it through.

England players trained at their Kansas City base camp in the Swope Soccer Village training facility on Wednesday, with 22 of the 26-man squad involved.
Jordan Henderson was back at the England team hotel, the Inn and Meadowbrook, after surgery on his arm following a freak injury he suffered during celebrations after the 3-2 win over Mexico at Estadio Azteca.
He is not expected to have any further involvement at the World Cup but is set to stay with the group for the remainder of the tournament.
By Friday, Reece James, Guehi and Rice - who had all missed Wednesday’s session - were all back in training in a boost to Tuchel.
James is hoping to return for the quarter-final after missing England’s matches against Panama, the DR Congo and Mexico with a hamstring injury.
Rice had been suffering from a slight sickness bug, while Guehi had picked up some hamstring pain.
Tuchel has decisions to make on the wing positions but may be minded to stick with Anthony Gordon on the left and Bukayo Saka after both players performed well against Mexico.
