Eren Dinkci returns to Heidenheim on loan from Freiburg | OneFootball

Eren Dinkci has rejoined 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 on loan from SC Freiburg for the rest of the season. The move takes the forward back to the Voith-Arena.

According to BuLi News, he previously spent 2023/24 on loan at Heidenheim while contracted to Werder Bremen.

Board chairman Holger Sanwald said Dinkci had already shown outstanding attacking qualities with the club and was a perfect personal fit. He added they were convinced the deal would strengthen the team, and he thanked SC Freiburg for making it possible.

Dinkci has not featured for Freiburg since November and will seek more regular minutes on his return.

He said he was delighted to be back at FCH and that feeling comfortable at the club and in the area was key to his decision. He wants to repay the trust with strong performances and help the team secure their league place again by season's end.
