Artem Dovbyk and Evan Ferguson compete for a starting spot as Roma host Lille in the second game of the league phase of the Europa League.
It kicks off at 18:45 CET (17:45 BST) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
The Giallorossi beat OGC Nice 2-1 in the opening game of their European campaign last week.

There are mixed reports on the possible Roma XI, but surely Gian Piero Gasperini is short of options in attack with Leon Bailey and Paulo Dybala still injured. Furthermore, Tommaso Baldanzi and Davis Vasquez are not part of their UEFA list.
Gasperini is expected to confirm Mile Svilar between the sticks and Manu Koné in central midfield.
Angelino could rest, making room for Konstantinos Tsimikas on the left flank. Bryan Cristante and Neil El Aynaoui compete for a starting spot in central midfield, just like Dovbyk and Ferguson in attack.
According to Sky Sport, the Ukraine international is favourite, while Gazzetta claims Ferguson will start against Lille.
The French side will rely on ex-Milan striker Olivier Giroud, scorer of three goals in six games this term.
The match will be shown live on TNT Sports 4 and TNT Sports 9 in the UK and Ireland and on Paramount+, DAZN and TUDN in the USA.
Roma (3-4-2-1): Svilar; Celik, Mancini, Ndicka; Wesley, Koné, El Aynaoui, Tsimikas; Soulé, El Shaarawy; Dovbyk.
Lille (4-2-3-1): Bodart; Tiago Santos, Ngoy, Goffi, Verdonk; Bouaddi, Bentaleb; Fernandez-Pardo, Haraldsson, Correia; Giroud.
