Simone Inzaghi has left Inter Milan. The 49-year-old stepped down earlier this week, quickly joining Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal.

And it will be Cristian Chivu who replaces the former Lazio coach on the Inter bench.

Therefore, there have been big changes behind the scenes at Inter. Much of Inzaghi’s staff went with him, following the coach to Al-Hilal.

Among these are the 49-year-old’s assistant coach Massimiliano Farris.

According to Sky Sport Italia, however, there is one notable name to have stayed at Inter Milan after Inzaghi left the club.

Veteran goalkeeping coach Gianluca Spinelli has been at Inter since 2023. He joined the Nerazzurri from Paris Saint-Germain.

Prior to his time at PSG, Spinelli had also worked at the likes of Como, Genoa, and Chelsea.

Meanwhile, the 59-year-old is also the goalkeeping coach for the Italian national team.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Spinelli will remain at Inter. He will be part of the coaching staff of incoming coach Cristian Chivu.
