Following the end of his Hamburger SV loan, Fabio Vieira has been offered to Bayer 04 Leverkusen and VfB Stuttgart, Sport Bild reports.
Hamburger SV are understood to be in talks with Arsenal over a permanent deal for the midfielder.

HSV hold a €20 million option but are only able to pay around €11 million. Arsenal have not shown a willingness to drop the price and are hoping another club pays more than HSV.
Vieira registered seven goals and six assists in 31 appearances for HSV in the 2025/26 season.
It is unclear at this stage whether Leverkusen or Stuttgart have any interest.
