Nicolas Kuhn is on the verge of ending his short 18th month spell as a Celtic player as he gets set to sign for newly promoted Serie A side Como in a €20 million [£17 million] deal.
Nicolas despite a shaky start to life as a Celtic player proved to be a quality addition to the side and the club have made a healthy profit on the £3 million it cost to sign him from Rapid Wien.
The German can leave with all our best wishes after contributing greatly to the four trophies won in his short period in Glasgow, and however disappointing it is to lose a player of Nicolas’s quality, what’s done is done and we can only look to the future.

That future should look ever so brighter due to the fee we received for his signature and every single penny should be reinvested in the playing squad. We’ve got to spend it there is simply no excuses.
Along with the Jerome Frimpong sell on clause bonus and the impending sale of Gustaf Lagerbiekle we should be capable of landing three or four quality additions to further enhance our starting XI. If not then the supporters and Brendan will have every right to feel aggrieved.
