Who is playing today? đź‘€

Everything remains to play for in the battle for second place in Group K as DR Congo and Uzbekistan meet in a decisive final-round FIFA World Cup 26™ fixture.

Congo DR head into the match with one point from their opening two games. The Leopards produced one of the surprises of the group stage by holding Portugal to a 1-1 draw before suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to Colombia despite an outstanding goalkeeping display from Lionel Mpasi. Sébastien Desabre's side are guaranteed qualification if they beat Uzbekistan, Portugal lose to Colombia, and Congo DR finish above Portugal on overall goal difference, or, if that is equal, overall number of goals scored, or, if that is equal, Fair Play ranking.

Uzbekistan, meanwhile, are still searching for their first point at a FIFA World Cup™. The tournament debutants opened with a spirited 3-1 defeat to Colombia before falling 5-0 against Portugal. Fabio Cannavaro's men have already been eliminated from contention but will be determined to end their historic first World Cup campaign on a positive note.
