Flaco López ranks himself below Flamengo’s Pedro in striker quiz | OneFootball

Flaco López has rated Flamengo striker Pedro above himself in a head-to-head picked during a quiz. Gazeta Esportiva reported the Palmeiras forward’s choices.

Asked to compare strikers active in Brazil, López selected Pedro when pitted against himself. He backed himself over John Kennedy of Fluminense, Carlos Vinícius of Grêmio and Corinthians’ Yuri Alberto, among others.

The Argentine has started 2026 strongly for Palmeiras, with 17 appearances, nine goals and three assists. Even with those numbers, he still deferred to Pedro.

Pedro is enjoying a good run at Flamengo. Since Leonardo Jardim’s arrival, the striker has kept a starting place and found the net regularly. He has played 14 times this season, scoring eight and providing two assists.

Flamengo’s next outing is against Remo on Thursday 19 in the seventh round of the Brasileirão. Kick-off is at 20:00, Brasília time, at the Maracanã.
