Flamengo visit Cusco on Wednesday for their Libertadores group-stage opener at altitude, with five players unavailable.

According to Coluna Do Fla, head coach Leonardo Jardim will be without Alex Sandro and Pulgar. Alex Sandro has a muscle injury in the back of his right thigh, while Pulgar has an issue in the acromioclavicular joint of his right shoulder. Everton Cebolinha is still treating a rib fracture, Saúl is recovering after surgery on his left heel, and Jorginho has a calf muscle problem.

Kick-off is at 21:30 Brasília time at the Estadio Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, which sits more than 3,350 metres above sea level.
