Flamengo visit Cusco on Wednesday for their Libertadores group-stage opener at altitude, with five players unavailable.

According to Coluna Do Fla, head coach Leonardo Jardim will be without Alex Sandro and Pulgar. Alex Sandro has a muscle injury in the back of his right thigh, while Pulgar has an issue in the acromioclavicular joint of his right shoulder.
